About Maria Groeschel
Maria Groeschel has spent more than 20 years building and scaling commercial engines at Microsoft, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), LinkedIn and Dropbox. She has taken businesses from first sale to $1 billion, led sales organizations of up to 200 people, and guided major shifts to cloud, subscription and AI-first models.
She founded BC Global Partners, based in Kirkland, Washington, to bring that operating experience to growth-stage and private equity-backed companies. Maria works alongside leadership teams as a fractional leader, board advisor and executive coach, focused on go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue operations (RevOps), organizational design and AI-driven commercial transformation.
